When building a new website with The Church Co, the timelines and processes vary depending on the selected setup: Simple Setup, Essentials Setup, Tailored Setup or Custom Setup. Below, we outline the expectations and processes for each option.
1. Simple Setup
Turnaround Time: The estimated timeline is three weeks.
First Draft: Once the website creation is complete, you will receive the first draft. You can make tweaks yourself to the website if you'd like, prior to launching it.
2. Essentials Setup
Turnaround Time: The average turnaround time for this setup is one week.
Revisions Process: The Essential Setup includes one round of revisions
First Draft Review: You will receive the first draft of your site for review within this timeline, allowing revisions and adjustments before the final launch.
3. Tailored Setup
Turnaround Time: The average turnaround time for this premium service is approximately 1.5 weeks.
Process Details: You will submit a setup form detailing your requirements. The information provided acts as the blueprint for your website. All information to be used during the website build MUST be included in the Setup form when you submit it to our team. Once the process begins, no new materials will be accepted for the first draft.
Revision Process: The Tailored Setup includes two rounds of revisions, ensuring the website matches expectations before the final approval.
3. Custom Setup
Turnaround Time: The average turnaround time for this premium service is approximately 2 weeks.
Process Details: You will submit a setup form detailing your requirements. The information provided acts as the blueprint for your website. All information to be used during the website build MUST be included in the Setup form when you submit it to our team. Once the process begins, no new materials will be accepted for the first draft.
Revision Process: The Custom Setup includes three rounds of revisions, ensuring the website matches expectations before the final approval. Our team will begin by building out only your homepage to ensure that they are heading in the correct direction in terms of flow and design. You will complete a round of revisions based off of the homepage and once the homepage is at a place where you are happy with the look and feel, our designer will complete the rest of the website bulid.
Key Notes for All Setups
After receiving the first drafts, further adjustments and changes can be requested during rounds of revisions, if revisions are available within the setup chosen.
