With Bulk Actions, you can apply changes to multiple items at once instead of editing each item individually.
Where Bulk Actions Are Available
Bulk Actions are available in the following areas:
Website Builder
Events Engine
Groups Engine
Prayer Engine
Sermon Notes
Blogging
Forms
People
Step 1: Navigate to Your Content
Go to the section that contains the content you want to edit (for example, Sermons, Blogging, Events, or People)
Step 2: Enable Bulk Actions
Enable bulk Actions and select multiple items.
Step 3: Choose Your Action
From the Bulk Actions menu, select the action you want to apply (such as Tag, Publish, Unpublish, or Move to Trash).
Step 4: Configure Your Action
choose the specific settings for your action (for example, selecting a tag or campus).
Step 6: Apply Your Changes
Click Apply to confirm and run the Bulk Action.
