Go to Settings>Integrations>Pushpay & CCB
Enter your church ID. The church ID is the first part of your CCB url. For example. if your url is yourchurch.ccbchurch.com then just enter "yourchurch".

Give your API user the following permissions.
individual_search
create_individual
update_individual
group_profiles
group_profile_from_id
public_calendar_listing
event_profile
Enter your API username and password on the integrations page.
Your site is now connected to CCB. You can now use the Page Builder to Sync your groups and events from CCB.
