If you haven't already, Signup or Upgrade to the Ultimate Plan.
If you have an app already, add [email protected] as a developer.
If you don't yet have an existing app, you'll need to signup for an Apple Developer account and a Google Developer Account. See the help guides for thee.
Submit the App Setup Form.
Create a Privacy Policy page on your website.
