[1.0] Creating an Animated Marquee title

This feature is available on our CRTV 2.0, Waves, And Moi themes

Step 1: Edit the page and find the Title you want to animate

Step 2: Flip to the Settings Tab and find the "CSS Classname" field.

Step 3: Add the class "tcchack-marquee" to the class field and Save.
