This guide will walk you through all of the areas of managing your resource center.
Let's start with terminology.
Channels
A Channel is a grouping of sermons. For more churches there will be a single channel called Sunday Sermons. But if you were to start sharing your Youth Sermons you might make a new channel for that. Or if you start a Leadership Podcast, that would be a new Channel.
Series
A series is a group a sermons as well but exists within a Channel. Say you are preaching a Series called Grace. That would be a series in the system with the Channel applied.
Episode
This is the sermon itself. This is where you add the video and the audio and tag the speaker.
Creating A Channel
To Create a Channel
Go to Sermons on your dashboard
Click Channels
Then Click New Channel
Give your channel a name
Upload Art
Click Save
Creating A Series
To Create a Series
Go to Sermons on your dashboard
Click Series
Then Click New Series
Give your series a name
Select the Channel that it is a part of.

Creating A Sermon/Episode
To Create a Episode
Go to Sermons on your dashboard
Click Episodes
Then Click New Episode
Give your sermon a name
Select the Channel that it is a part of.
Select the Series it is a part of
Tag the Contributor, this is the person that is speaking
Upload your audio
Attach a video if you'd like.
Upload Art
Click Save
