1. Access the Forms Section
To begin creating your form:
Go to the Dashboard: Start by logging into your account and accessing the dashboard.
Navigate to People: CClick the "People" tab on the dashboard menu on the dashboard menu.
Select Forms: Under the "People" tab, click "Forms".
Click on New Form: To create a new form, click on the "New Form" button.
2. Enter the Form Title
Next, you need to give your form a title:
Enter Title: In the field you provided, you can enter a descriptive title for your form. This title will help you identify the form later.
3. Add Blocks to Your Form
Now, add the necessary fields to your form by using blocks:
Add Blocks: Click the "Plus" button to add fields.
Select Field Types: Choose from various field types such as:
Name: This is for users to enter their name.
Email: This is for users to provide their email address.
Text Area: For longer text inputs or comments.
Choice: For multiple-choice questions or options.
And more: Add other blocks as needed to collect the required information.
4. Save Your Form
Once you have added all the necessary blocks:
Click Save: Save your form by clicking the "Save" button.
Your form is now created and ready to use. You can customize it further or integrate it as needed.
