You can reactivate your account after missing payments. Follow these steps.

Update your card (even if it is the same card)

- Log into your account
- Go to My Account &amp; Payments.
- Click Update Card
- Update your card (even if it is the same card)

This will rerun the payment and if if succeeds will bring your site back online.
