Sync PCO Events

Adding Planning Center Events

First, make sure you've set up your PCO API by following our guide to connecting your PCO Account to your website.

Once that is done follow the steps below.

Go to the page that you want to display your events on and add a new Block to the page. Select the Event List block.

Give you block a title and select Sync From Planning Center from the list of options.

Filtering By Campus

To filter events to a specific campus enter the ID number of the campus in the campus id field. You can find the ID number in the URL on your Church Center Page by selecting a campus and taking the number from the URL.

Filtering By Category

To filter an event block to a specific category in PCO, enter the ID number of the category in the category id field.

You can find the ID number in the URL on your Church Center Page by selecting a category to filter from.

You will find the id in the URL. copy that 4 or 5 character number and paste it into the event category ID field on that event block.

Filtering By Campus

To filter events to a specific campus enter the ID number of the campus in the campus id field. You can find the ID number in the URL on your Church Center Page by selecting a campus and taking the number from the URL.
